Why we built a free invoice generator (and what Decker actually does).
This invoice generator is genuinely free. No watermark, no "premium tier unlocks the PDF", no demanding signup before you have something useful in your hand. You will only ever be asked for an email once — at the download step — and the only thing we use it for is occasional, useful updates about Decker.

When to charge a callout fee vs hourly rate
Industry standard for field service work: charge a fixed callout fee for the visit itself (covers your travel + first 30 minutes or 1 hour of work), then hourly beyond that. Can I email or WhatsApp the invoice to my customer directly?
After the PDF downloads, click "Share via WhatsApp" — it opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Pick your customer, attach the PDF you just downloaded, send. For email, just attach the PDF to a normal email yourself. If you want automatic sending + payment links + customer history, that is what Decker handles.
Does this work on a phone?
